TH the area preparing for potentially large amounts of snow in over the next few days - the so-called Beast from the East - Stagecoach West says it will make decisions on a route-by-route basis.
The company will have additional customer service outside usual hours to keep passengers informed and the situation will be constantly monitored.
Passengers are being advised to allow extra time even on gritted roads where there is likely to be more traffic while ungritted roads could also lead to delays.
Stagecoach West managing director Rupert Cox said: “As a company our number one priority is keeping customers and colleagues safe at all times.
“We will endeavour to maintain services during the extreme weather wherever possible and keep cutomers informed via press, social media and radio.”
