OUR Prime Minister thinks that terrorist attacks in this country are almost inevitable. The proposed starting of a war in the most dangerous and volatile part of the world is very likely to stir up terrorism. If there are mass casualties in this country one of the causes will have been Bush and Blair.
There are obnoxious regimes all round the world. The US, UK, France and former USSR sell arms to most of them (they rotate their 'friends' every few years).
How many wars does Bush want to start? The hypocrisy of the talk about weapons of mass destruction is unbelievable.
As well as having the largest nuclear arsenal in the world (and having used nuclear weapons) they have also used chemical weapons which are still causing birth defects in South East Asia after three decades. Bush also does not seem to be in a hurry to disclose about his biological weapons programmes.
As the Prime Minister of an allegedly democratic country, Blair is about to take us into a war for which he has no mandate from either the electorate, Parliament or even his own party.
I think that these politicians are dangerous and that their games could well blow up very badly in our faces. – Andrew Coates, Abbotswood, Cinderford.
