WHILST I fully appreciate that Graham Morgan and his fellow Cinderford councillors are desperate for the development of the Northern Quarter to go ahead, I cannot accept his out of hand dismissal of the report written by a former Coal Board surveyor as to the unsuitable nature of the site.

What qualifications does Cllr Morgan hold to make such sweeping statements? I know who I am inclined to believe!
