THE eye-catching livery of CBL Drinks' delivery vans are turning heads all over the Forest and further afield.
The super-colourful vans are all the work of artist James Wez, says the firm's boss Ian Lewis.
"We wanted something eye-catching and memorable so I thought of using James. It's a way of promoting ourselves and helping to get James more work," he said.
"James lives in Nottingham and he's already completed one van, with another ready in about a week. It's all done in freehand with an airbrush and some of the subjects are out of his imagination and some taken from illustrations – the lady on the back of the first van is from the film The Crow which came out a few years ago.
"Although we have only had the van on the road for a week it has drawn a lot of comments."
CBL Drinks, based on the New Dunn Business Park at Sling, near Coleford, is a wholesale drinks company operating throughout the Forest, the Wye Valley and Herefordshire, with additional distribution links to London and the Westcountry.
