A GROUP of local businesses are getting in the saddle for a spinathon fundraiser this Saturday (April 23).

The team features Kathy Howells from DK Furnishing and her Relay for Life team, Team Ginger Nuts, at Tesco Lydney from 10am to 6pm. The group will cycle on stationary spinning bikes in store.

Funds raised will go towards supporting Cancer Research UK. To donate either support the team on the day or visit Kathy at DK Furnishing.

The main Relay for Life event takes place on June 25 and 26 at Freedom Leisure, Church Road, Lydney.
