It’s competition time again!
This week the Review has once again teamed up with local business the White Swan Team Room at Monmouth for a fabulous competition to win a yummy cream tea for two for National Cream Tea Week.
The tea room has recently celebrated their second anniversary in White Swan Court, and has gained a reputation for their delicious homemade food. They cater for all dietary needs including gluten-free and vegan diets. If you fancy an afternoon tea pre-booking is essential.
The White Swan also create bespoke celebration cakes and, for that special surprise, even make a cake that allow you to hide a boxed engagement ring inside!
There is always a warm welcome on offer, find them at 9 White Swan Courtyard, off Priory Street, in Monmouth. Why not drop in for a delicious brunch or a light lunch, there’s even a dog treat there for your four-legged friends!
For your chance to win simply answer the following question.
Which French queen supposedly said: “Let them eat cake” when she found out the French people had no bread?
To enter simply post your answer in the comments box at the bottom of this article, or send in the competition form printed on the back page of this week’s Review. Good luck!
The closing date for this competition is 12pm on Monday, August 13th.
The usual Review terms and conditions apply.
