IT'S time to think of sun, sea and shandies ... relaxing away-from-it-all holidays miles from our rain-soaked shores.

Again we are asking readers to send us a holiday snap – the catch is you have to be reading a Review!

Two years ago we were swamped with views from all over the globe and the evidence was there for all to see that the Review is the most travelled newspaper for miles around.

We received photographs from sailors doing their bit on Royal Navy destroyers; from rugby players in New Zealand, from a holiday-maker who visited the Great Wall of China and even from a local man who found a Review on a park bench in a South American city.

So don't forget, if you are on your travels pack away a Review and let us have the picture. Alternatively, send a Review to a friend or relative living on the other side of the world and get them to send you back a photograph as they catch up on the local gossip. Then all you have to do is send it to us with the details.

And what about pictures taken in those out-of-the-way places? Up a tree, down a mine, on a space ship, at the North Pole ... get your thinking caps on and get your Review on the road !

To kick off the new series here is a picture of Lynda Head, of Dockham Road, Cinderford, who has just returned from a two week break in Alanya, Turkey. The photograph was taken by her husband, Barrie, as they took a break half way down the hill from Alanya Castle with its stunning view over the harbour as a backdrop.
