POLICE are trying to locate jewellery which was stolen during a burglary last month.

A Gloucestershire Police spokesperson said: ”It’s believed that offenders entered a property on Dean Road in Newnham-on-Severn on the evening of Monday, February 4, before leaving with a number of items of jewellery and a quantity of cash.”

Missing items include gold and silver bracelets, necklaces, ear-rings and spoons.

Anyone who was in the area at the time or has any information on the whereabouts of the stolen jewellery should call Gloucestershire Police 101 quoting incident number 283 of February 5.
