ON visiting my local Coleford supermarkets, the Co-op and Tuffins, I notice they have implemented the latest brainwave to stop people smoking – concealing the dreaded ciggies behind sliding doors, complete with large notices stating they sell tobacco products.
Are those in power so thick they believe this will stop people smoking? They will do exactly what they did before – "Can I have 20 cigs please?"
Perhaps those in power should learn the words of the song: "And it was only makebelieve."
