IT is great that the zebra crossing is up and running in Broad Street, Littledean at long last.

I would like to point out that it is illegal to park on zigzags when using the shops but drivers seem to think that it’s OK.

Parking on the ‘keep clear’ road markings obviously doesn’t apply either.

The crossing has been working for a week or just over and every day they park there. We do have a free car park to use.

Traffic wardens are in short supply round here. They would make a fortune in a week.
