WHILST there will doubtless be many who share businessman Geoff Sterry's anger, frustration and incredulity at the lack of salt/grit and absence of gritters (Review, 20 February) on the A48 and other key roads during the recent spell of bad weather, judged by his spelling he should be more careful who he calls idiots. – Andrew Dale, Longhope.
