Over the past four years they have raised over £4,000 for the Lighting Fund.
The traders and local people support them by giving goods and donations for the ongoing prize draws and auctions throughout the year.
In recent months, Austin and Carol have also raised £1,100 for the Forest Hospice. The Coleford and District Branch of The Royal British Legion have also been touched by their generosity to the tune of £200.
John Hamel and his great bunch of lads worked in atrocious weather putting up and taking down the lights on an entirely voluntary basis.
