FOUR of the police sergeants' who'll be running community policing in the Forest have now been named.
Inspector Richard Boyles who's heading the Dean's Local Policing Teams says: "The idea is to create Local Policing Teams that become familiar faces in the communities that they serve.
"The great news for the Forest is that each area now has a Sergeant in place to lead the team and tackle the local issues of concern."
Sergeant Rachel Lynch-Warden will oversee community policing in Newent; Sergeant Simon Clemett in Cinderford; Sergeant Paul Simmons in Coleford and Sergeant Carl Bourne in Lydney and Tutshill.
