THE eighth charity walk across the Severn Bridge in memory of Aubrey Scriven and Sharon Stevens and to raise money for childhood cancer research will take place this Sunday (September 25).

All money raised will go to Latch, the voluntary organisation set up to support the children's oncology centre in Wales which promotes research into childhood cancer.

This year's organiser is Lynne Stephens, a retired employee of Barclays which has agreed to match funds pound for pound up to £750 through its community fund.

The five mile walk (there and back) starts at 10am from Chepstow Rugby Club car park and all are welcome.
