ISN'T Mark Harper our MP for the Forest of Dean? So why, oh why, when the story breaks nationally of him employing a cleaner who is not eligible to work here in the UK legally, there is no mention of the story in the paper, no front page headline, only an editorial comment which on reading comes out in support of Mark Harper and is sympathetic to his plight. Poor old Mark Harper.

When will the Tories be held accountable for their actions when most ordinary folk have to be?

This is a Tory minister who was responsible for the despicable and racist van that paraded the streets welcoming illegal workers to contact the authorities where they would be given money to return home. So how hypocritical of our Tory MP, housing an illegal worker himself.

Yes he quite rightly resigned his ministerial post. I feel the electorate deserves better.

It would also make a change if our media and newspapers were unbiased, reported stories and allowed the grown-up readers to make up their own minds about issues of the day, instead of having to judge a situation through a lame editorial.
