ROSS man Christopher Vivian, 22, was on Monday remanded by Hereford magistrates after being charged with the murder of James Alan Ball, 30, who died after being found with stab wounds at a flat in Ross-on-Wye on Saturday night (March 26).

Police say they are still investigating the case and are keen to hear from anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious in and around Copse Cross Street, Ross, between 8.15pm and 9pm on Saturday night.

Vivian is appear in Worcester Crown Court next month.
