AFTER such a heartfelt letter from Sheila Taylor outlining how charging for parking has affected her Lydney business, it is prudent once again to name the four Lydney district councillors who voted for such an unpopular move.

They are, in no particular order, because once again they deserve no particular order, Cllrs Judy Davies, Bevan, Marion Winship and Glastonbury. Part of, how Alan Preest quite delicately put it, of a mind-blowingly inept district council. May an X never blight their names again.
