A new police point is now open for business in Sedbury.

Following public consultations Gloucestershire Police Authority has closed 14 police stations countywide and moved Police Points right into the heart of the communities, the first of which will be at Sedbury Village Hall.

Forest Sergeant Kate Croudace said: "The Police Point will be used for surgeries and from the end of this week we are hoping to run drop-in sessions every day between 2pm and 3pm.
