PROPOSALS for a new supermarket on the outskirts of Cinderford have been passed.

The Forest Council planning committee approved the application, submitted by Triology Developments, for a store at Steam Mills yesterday.

This is the fourth attempt by the applicants to bring a store to the town, after Midcounties Co-op successfully pointed to flaws in the information put to councillors.
