JOHN Timbrell has it spot on in his recent letter to the Review, where he bemoans the fact that Nigel Farage, as an elected leader of a political party in the European Parliament, will not discuss our constitution and illegal EU treaties.

How can he when he is never in the chamber?

I formed my opinion of Mr Farage a long time ago, in that he is a complete fake.

I do not believe for one minute that he wants the UK to actually leave the EU.

If he did, there is a lot more he could have done to bring this about.

It has all been a massive con trick – after all he has personally pocketed over £8 million in salary and expenses since he was elected without even turning up for work or actually employing anyone in his office.

Why kill the chicken that lays the golden egg?

If we Brits voted to leave, Farage would have no income.

Fear not, our Nigel will soon come up with another money making scam, after all, that’s what City traders do.

He will probably be elected commissioner in charge of banana straightening after the UK leaves.

It is amazing how he continues to dupe his hapless followers.

He told them that he would resign if he failed to win a seat at the General Election.

He did – for three hours – what credibility?
