THE Pludds is opening 16 gardens to visitors from 11am this coming Saturday (June 4) to help raise money for the village hall.

The village stands high above the Forest on a south facing slope looking over the woods and into Wales, so eyestretching views should be on offer.

Teas, coffee and home made lunches will be served in the village hall itself and one of the gardens will be offering afternoon teas. A couple of specialist plant nurseries will be on hand, and villagers will also be selling their own plants.
