I NOTICED in the July 31 edition of the Review in the article on Worship down the Wye that there are two churches mentioned in Whitebrook.

Whitebrook Chapel has been converted to a private residence some years ago now but there is still a graveyard there where some of the papermill workers are buried.

Holy Trinity Church, Whitebrook, is also in private ownership and ceased being a church about five years ago. I think the owners would be rather surprised to read that is 'open all year daily.' I'm not sure where Bob Smyth got his information from but it seems Glos CC Christian Heritage needs updating. – Susan Porter-Davison.
