IT seems district councillors have totally lost their way when it comes to the issue of parking at Pyarts Court, Coleford.

When the development took place I am sure Mr Clive Bath was totally unaware of certain intentions, especially those by Cllr Robinson who, it seems, gives little room for manouevre especially when it comes to parking for the handicapped as there is little by the way of parking arranged.

I wonder how many councillors realise the services provided at Coleford health centres and the need for parking.

Here are just a few: deafness, blood pressure, podiatry, diabetes, asthma, baby care practice nurse, dressings, speech therapy, eye tests...the list goes on.

From?Cllr Robinson's letter it seems that the council is a bit short of the readies. So what about cutting councillors' allowances by at least 50 per cent?
