LIVE near Pillowell, and the boar have vandalised the playing field – I'm not sure where they will have the fete this year – also round the village by the school, and up the top in people's gardens. Even the sheep have left no grass verges.

The woods around here are very small, just pockets of trees, not very large with villages in between.

The woods cannot sustain the boar, that's why they are in the village looking for food.

That's why they have to go, either with a cull or round them up and take then deep in a forest somewhere else. It's a very local problem to this area.

If you ring the forestry they don't want to know.

My husband has been chased by the boar, I also had a very nasty incident. It's public safety at risk.

I did write to the councillors about the problem. Most people against the cull make personal  comments that don't help and never give any  sensible alternatives to the problem.

Take a look at the playing field in Pillowell have a good walk around and think very hard about the problem and what you can do to help.

Add two more people for the yes vote for a cull.
