The Cinderford Branch of the Royal British Legion is pleased to report that this year has been a record breaking year for the Poppy Appeal.

Thanks to the supreme generosity of the people of Cinderford and district the appeal has this year raised the sum of £12,921.

This money is used to provide help and welfare to past and present members of the armed forces and their dependents.

We are grateful to all who helped raise this total and would welcome anyone willing to help with future fundraising.

The branch also requires a minutes and correspondence secretary. This is an honorary position open to all, legion members or not.
