I WRITE to  congratulate the team that goes round spraying white markers around the dangerous potholes in our roads.

We all know the damage that it can cause to our vehicles but, of course, we are more concerned that the deflection of our steering could cause damage to our steering or, indeed, loss of life.

So what a wonderful job they are doing, highlighting the dangers.

Keep up the good work. Perhaps the highways would take notice and save lives by filling the marked potholes in.

It would save the paint and time of those volunteers highlighting the potholes.
