THE other week I read the comments of the Cinderford councillors who were 'outraged' that the highways department did its job and rejected the Tesco development application.
Now it would be good if these councillors did theirs.
Anyone who walks up Dockham Road will notice the houses which are boarded up in anticipation of the Tesco development. I don't care if one is in favour, or not, of the development, but to leave these properties in the state they are is something the council can address and enforce a clear-up.
But perhaps Tesco could not care, having read that their Chinese branches sell live frogs and live turtles. What a wonderful organisation. – Brendan Mahon, Littledean.
