SADLY, we recently heard the news of another six British soldiers killed in Afghanistan.

Over 400 of our troops have now lost their lives to date. Hundreds more have been physically or mentally scarred for life.

The Coalition Government intends to withdraw British forces in 2014. This means the likelihood of many more casualties being sustained in the intervening two years.

Forest of Dean United Kingdom Independence Party believe that nothing in the national interest will be achieved by delaying our departure.

If you agree, then we urge you to lobby Mark Harper to press for an immediate withdrawal.

Please also remember that Labour, Conservatives and Liberal Democrats are all equally guilty of the sacrifice of young men and women on the altar of their political vanity.
