•Everyone had a role to play in the great Second World War conflict. As this photograph shows, teams were organised to carry out all manner of jobs and this group of men and women were enlisted to carry out air raid precautions. The card was sent to us by Brian Clutterbuck who has a couple of names. Back row, third in from the left is Tony Wright.
