IT must be very rare when the chairmen of the Forest Tories and UKIP agree on something.

However, I do agree with the sentiments expressed by Martin Quayle in his letter entitled " Political Opportunism".

I don't know if it is more dangerous to be hit by a train at Lydney station or by a Steve Parry Hearn bandwagon.

Steve's thinking seems to be that if he writes in or appears in the local papers enough then it may convince the credulous that he is actually working for the Forest.

Well Steve many Foresters, including a lot   in your own ranks, feel that you have been "parachuted" into the area by Labour central office.

As Martin Quale said let's see action rather than words.
