A HAND-coloured picture of a little boy, probably from Chepstow, taken more 70 years ago – but who is he and who owns the family treasury it comes from?
The picture, taken in the Jerome photographic studios in Newport in July 1938, is one of dozens in a family album that has laid unclaimed in a lost property box for months.
The pictures range from the 1920s to the 1970s and show a family with strong connections with Chepstow.
The album was left at Chepstow Garden Centre back in October and staff there have turned to the Review to help trace the owners.
Owner Mr James Boyle said: "It is a fascinating album and we would love to be able to give it back to the family."
