THE images I’ve seen in the media of the refugee crisis breaks my heart.
We, in Britain, are so fortunate to live in a country where we feel safe.
Imagine if the shoe was on the other foot for you, I would welcome you to this country – we are all brothers and sisters, human beings.
Imagine if the little three-year-old boy who washed up on the beach dead was your son, or nephew or younger brother, so very, very sad.
We can take more desperate people into this country. We all need to take our fair share of immigrants to help them in their time of crisis.
