I HAVE no doubt that there are many like me who believed that initiating Article 50 would be the best move to finalise the leave the EU. Wrong.
This is a dangerous misconception because it forces the UK into an involved, expensive and protracted process with far too much risk.
The quickest, safest and certain method is for the British government to take control by a repeal of the European Communities Act (1972) which puts our Parliament in control, avoids the dangers of the EU dictating terms and conditions and controlling the withdrawal of the UK.
Please contact your MP and demand that the above system is adopted by our government as soon as possible. Thank you.
Also insist that all payments cease (ideally) tomorrow.
