WHAT on Earth is wrong with some people?

Driving around our lovely Forest I am livid about the amount of litter on the roadside.

I’m sure it’s not my imagination, but the problem seems to have got worse since the anti- litter campaign started.

I appreciate the problem is caused by the inconsiderate oiks who throw it from their cars, but somebody has to clear it up, and the responsibility surely lies with the local council?

I rarely see anyone litter-picking throughout the Forest, and if lack of money is a problem, I, for one, would be willing to pay more in community tax.

I know it’s a national problem, but rubbish breeds more rubbish.
