HAVE community transport services in the Forest of Dean been a success over the last five years?
Local people can have their say on Forest Routes, the community transport partnership, by completing a survey.
The Big Lottery-funded partnership is made up of four organisations – Lydney Dial-a-Ride, Newent Community Transport, Bream Voluntary Car Service and Lydcare.
They offer transport services across 41 parishes, covering 200 square miles between them.
A final evalaution is looking to find out what impact the project has had and to help plan for the end of Lottery funding.
The survey will give a picture of what users think of the service. It can be found at www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/Forestroutescustomers. It is open until Sunday (February 11).
