Sara Warren was named Care Hero at the Review Community Hero Thank You awards for what she does for older people.
Her nomination stressed that Sara goes out of her way to help people.
As well as caring for people. in the community, she will also visit people in hospital who may not have visitors otherwise.
The award was presented by Stacey Hole-Burton of sponsors Chepstow Hearing.
