IF sarcasm is the lowest form of wit and "timing is everything" I couldn't help feeling sorry for P Young, Chepstow.
On the very day I read his letter in the Review, government figures are released showing a massive increase (approaching 40 per cent) in net immigration mainly as a result of increased arrivals from Bulgaria and Romania.
Bearing in mind Mark Harper's resignation as an immigration minister recently. This of course also raises the question, did he jump or was he rightly pushed for failing in his job to get net immigration down?
