THIS may be a futile request for items accidentally taken to the Forest of Dean charity shop, The Hospice, in Coleford about 12 or 18 months ago.

At the time I was in the middle of moving from a three bedroom house to a one bedroom property. It was a move I can only describe as a nightmare as there were burst pipes and the whole place needed renovating. Hence, a lot of good things went to the charity shop, some of them accidentally.

Having finished the house and having the carpets laid I went through my bags and boxes and quickly realised what had happened and why, not being well at the time as I was grieving the loss of my son and mother.

The items I have listed are of great sentimental value.

1 Smarty bear teddy with glasses, a talking bear.

2 Cricket doll. Pink jumper, blue skirt. A large battery operated talking doll.

3 Fisher Price Jack in the Box. A bit tatty.

4 A set of Granville plates, some chipped, with a floral design.

5 A set of small light wood pictures with a blue flower design.

6 A set of two square cut-glass decanters.

7 A cast iron plaque inscribed 'Forest Pride'.

If anyone thinks they may have any of the items I would greatly appreciate hearing from them and reimburse them the price paid at the shop.
