TO those who want to implement parking charges at the FoDDC.

1. Ignore public opinion (the council tax payers).

2. Set the stopwatch to time the death of all the towns small shops.

3. Express surprise when it happens.

4. Express concern about the number of run down empty shops (what can we do)?

5. Pay thousands to get told it was 'the parking charges' and 'the economic climate'.

6. Blame the 'economic climate/other factors.'

7. Ignore.
