ONE of two defibrillators recently acquired by Monmouthshire County Council is to be located at Monmouth's Shire Hall. The council already has seven machines located in key buildings. They are used to diagnose and treat cardiac incidents. The two new machines have been supplied by the charity Welsh Hearts. Shire Hall manager Mike Booth is pictured here with county councillor David Dovey and Sharon Owen, of Welsh Hearts.
