POLICE are appealing for information following a break in at a foodstore in Drybrook.

Police were called at 11.45pm on September 25 after the Co-op in the High Street was raided. Three unknown men wearing balaclavas and gloves used crow bars to force open the rollers on the front door. A black plastic bin was used to empty a large quantity of cigarettes into the boot of the car. The men made off in a silver Vauxhall Astra possibly travelling towards Newent.

Police would like to hear from anyone has any information on the three men and the silver Vauxhall Astra, or who saw or heard anything in the area that night. Please call 101 quoting incident number 489 of September 25.
