I was pleased to see a picture of Brockweir FC. Tom (Tommy) Morgan shown in the picture was a pal of mine when I lived in Monmouth.

I remember him as a brilliant footballer and played with him on Chippenham Fields in Monmouth. Our changing rooms were at the Barley Mow run by ex police sergeant Keyse, who also ran the football team.

Tommy's father was the signalman at Troy station when I started work there  as a goods clerk.

He went on to become the signalman at Tintern and the family lived in the house attached to the station.

Tommy took up a diesel fitter's apprenticeship at the Red and White workshops in Chepstow.

I lost track of Tommy in later years but I would like to know where he is now.
