A successful spring concert by the popular and much admired Coalway Singers has raised £600 for The Talking Newspapers charity.

The cheque was presented by Val Harris, chairman of the Singers, to Bill Hobman, the charity chairman. The Singers have thanked Matt Mann, Rosie Gwynne and Parkend Silver Band for the parts they played making the concert a success.
