As you may have heard, Two Rivers Housing has appealed and won the right to take the grass cutting case to county court.

This will be in October, so can I please request all those people affected directly or indirectly to make a donation into the TRH fighting fund so we can continue to defend ourselves from having to pay this unjust cost. You can make your donations to this fund through any Lloyds Bank.

I know money is tight at this present time but it would be nice if you could possibly donate about £10 a household this time. The 2,000 homes affected by this should be enough.

This may seem to be quite a lot at this time but if we allow TRH to win this case you will be paying for the rest of your lives. This, coupled with the thought of them trying to charge for footpaths repairs (which they have already started), you never know how much money they will eventually want from you.

As you may have noticed in the past people power can be a very strong thing so can I please get you to dig deep into your pockets and try to put an end to the greed of this company.
