LIKE many others in the area we donated to the Grass Cutting Fighting Fund. We were promised that if we won the case the money would be distributed to charities in the Forest of Dean.

It is our understanding that we won everything except the appeal against the summary judgement and that we only lost that because the stand-in judge failed to follow correct procedure.

If this is true surely we have a right to expect those representing us to have spotted the errors and corrected them so we should not have lost anything.

We are expecting to see the return of £15,000-£16,000. Would someone please let us know where our money is and who is to benefit?
