THE big Harleys will be growling over the old Severn Bridge on Sunday October 16 this year for another Hoggin' the Bridge charity run.

The Hoggin' the Bridge Club, now a registered charity, said last year 3,000 bikers raised more than £15,000 for charity.

Bikers are again being invited to pre-register or turn up and pay on the day at Aust Services on the bridge approach.

"We will once again have a fully escorted leaving Aust Services at 11am to ride over the old Severn Bridge then up the M48 before returning through Magor and Caldicot, greeting hundreds of well wishers on the way, before finishing up at Chepstow town centre," said a spokesman.

"As in previous years Chepstow have given over the centre of the town to us, and we will make sure that everyone will be well entertained by a great selection of bands, and fed and watered by all the usual local outlets."
