THE disgrace nationally and locally of a minority of so-called representitives controlling our lives against the wishes of the majority of the electorate and their elected representitives shows how undemocratic our society has become.
As a Minister you may have some influence with David Cameron who seems a decent man. But, like Margaret Thatcher before him, he can't do it all.
When are you average MPs and ministers going to assist in the real intentions of your leaders and stand up and be counted and use your voice to produce fair and just governance? No wonder as a group politicians are held in such low esteem. I cite the recent examples nationally of the Daylight Savings bill and locally of the nonsensical car parking proposals which no doubt will cost more than it brings in.
