SEVERN Bridge tolls are now officially of purely historical interest.
The charges were scrapped just before Christmas but curator of Chepstow Museum Annie Rainsbury rescued some items for posterity.
One of the signs showing the charges that was on one of the tolls booths and a Severn TAG season ticket were donated to the museum.
She added: “In the early days motorists were issued with tickets when they crossed the bridge and I would like to get one of those.”
