NO matter what your nationality or creed, the 10am service on January 3 will be the last chance to see the magnificent display of decorated Christmas trees at St Mary’s Church, Lydney.

On entering the church early in December I was astonished at the display of some 30 or so beautifully decorated trees.

On January 3 they will be dismantled so go now and admire them.

Congratulations and thank you to those schools, clubs, businesses and, especially, those individuals who contributed to this display.
