TWIN brothers James and Thomas Bell, 11, have lost 25 and a half pounds between them – and it's all thanks to healthy eating and exercise.

So says their 'food coach' Pauline Troughton, who is anxious to emphasise that the Littledean Hill pair, as with all young people, should never have to diet to lose weight.

"The secret is eating the right things – that, and some exercise," said Pauline. "The lads were very fond of the sort of foods that add on weight, especially at school with all the pressures there.

"They really enjoyed making the changes and they have done so well I presented them with certificates and some books. And their mother, Melanie, is really pleased.

"They have actually put some of the ladies who come to my classes to shame!"

Pauline said it was the first time she had been asked to help people as young as James and Thomas find the right things to eat and advise on beneficial exercise.
